QA: User Registration #11: are passwords max 16 char or max 50 char? the FE demo looked like it said 16, but the slack discussion saiid 50

prototype is 8-16 screenshot is 8-16 discussions are 8-50.

108 by Mity updates the length of names to 50 in a later sprint...not finding anything for password tho...

In #11 User Registration Form, there is still a disparity about the allowed password length. QA pointed this out to me. THe AC says 8-50 chars. The UX prototype shows 8-16 Screen shot based off branch sprint1FEFeatures shows 8-16. I'm putting this in all leaders channel and alerting everyone who was on the issue.
