Update to new geonames url #42

Seems like someone fat fingered yesterday's deployment to the second link. :)

Thanks @joaquincasares ! No it's just that they deployment process apparently removes all files first, then takes a while to re-generate them.

https://github.com/symerio/pgeocode/issues/41 could be a long term solution.
