[WIP] Removed symfony_cmf prefix with cmf_ #21

This is the first of many PRs (one per repo) that I will make.

I've created a script (or a set of scripts) that replace symfony_cmf and symfony-cmf, currently in XML and YAML files.

I will create a PR for each bundle and the script will automatically update all the bundles as the script is refined.
