use phpunit 6 #269

build is failing because of phpunit issues.

You saw that there is an open PR on each package to fix that? They are almost all green.

no, did not see that. this goes against 2.1 because i try to merge #268 to that branch, and the build failed. okay if i merge as is and then merge 2.1 to master, and you rebase the dev-kit thingy?
