Update create_new_project_phpcr_odm.rst #579

Tutorial was using older version (1.0.0) of doctrine/phpcr-bundle now using 1.1.*

@lsmith77 should phpcr-odm be updated to 1.1 also? And I guess we will be updating to 1.2 very shortly.

in fact I think we are now in most bundles and libs at a point where we really do not want to break BC (then again we just did a few BC breaks for edge cases in ODM 1.2) .. at any rate one might still argue we should start using ~1.1 etc.

ok, merging this as it corresponds to the packages already recommended in the tutorial.

We can update the tutorial again when 1.2 is released,
