update links, fix wording from Symfony2 to Symfony

some cleanup for the docs

update links to new locations
remove some obsolete footnotes (is there a rst tool to automatically spot unused footnotes?)
renamed Symfony2 to Symfony in all the doc

another question (for a separate cleanup): how long do we keep versionadded information? can we drop 1.x added info, and symfony < 2.8 notes?
