Remove text and link describing "decoupled CMS" #868

The link points to a somewhat shady looking website, also "decoupled CMS" seems to be a poor choice of words to simply explain that CMF is "extensible". I propose removing the entire sentence.

thanks for noticing. indeed we lost the domain to some domain grabber and moved it to http://decoupledcms.github.io/
