remove unstable stuff #151

lets also update CHANGELOG.md to mark 2.0.0 (with no new changes)

are the js dependency files all good and stable? there is a bunch of them in the root folder...

The JS stuff seems to be ok. And i will replace the pure webpack by Symfony-Encore

i will merge and see if i can solve my troubles on SonataPhpcrAdminBundle with a release then.
