How to fix curl error 6 while downloading https://flex.symfony.com/versions.json with 1.x? #954

Flex 2.0 requires PHP 8. I cannot upgrade all projects to PHP 8, it's just... an insane work.

I've notice that the dismissed domain is still flex.symfony.com in latest 1.x . So how to fix the composer error?

Sorry, latest version isn't 1.9.10
