Impossible to download GH artifacts due to Invalid characters #570

File name may contains "Invalid characters" per GitHub.

Invalid characters include:  Double quote ", Colon :, Less than <, Greater than >, Vertical bar |, Asterisk *, Question mark ?, Carriage return \r, Line feed \n

While not directly related to Panther component, I think it's crucial
