Add .gitattributes file #253

Don't ship tests or CI tooling config files with distributions.

We had this discussion in the past and we decided against such configurations. So, I'm closing it now. Thanks for suggesting the change.

@fabpot I read about it later in the Symfony PR archives. I think its very wasteful, but I will defer to you.
