[Notify] Firefox notification not displaying

On Firefox OSX, the notification doesn't display. It DOES ask permission, but then no notification. Even the Mozilla dev docs show this live demo - https://yari-demos.prod.mdn.mozit.cloud/en-US/docs/Web/API/Notifications_API/Using_the_Notifications_API/_sample_.tag_example.html - which as the same behavior.

I have the same behaviour in Chrome 116 (only version i have tested). For the provided url from you and the Symfonx UX Notify-Demo For the notify-demo: Firefox blocks the call to https://ux.symfony.com/.well-known/mercure?topic=/demo/notifier Chrome does not block it.

Thanks @stloyd Intel or Silicon Mac? i use Silicon M1 Can you check if it works in chrome too?

Just downloaded a fesh Firefox Developer Edition and it does not work for me. Will test in on another mac. Maybe Mac OS Settings that blocks that in general.

M1 with normal Firefox from the official website.

Can't confirm Chrome as I don't use that privacy-violating browser anymore.

Sorry for the noise. It was disabled for both browsers in my system settings. I am not sure if this is the default or if it is just my system. it works now.

@weaverryan I think this issue can be closed, as confirmed above, it works in the newest Firefox.
