Init new tag v1.0.3 and v1.1.4 #833

Cause I'm in need of "twig/extensions": "~1.0"

Tag 1.0.2 only provides "twig/extensions": "1.0.*" which prevents me from using newest twig extension version and I want to rely on tagged versions only.
