[BC Break] Feature adding prefix #81

BC Break :

all forms have been prefixed with afe_ string
Twig functions form_javascript() and form_stylesheet have been prefixed with afe_
Javascript and Stylesheet form blocks have the following format:
- formname_afe_javascript
- formname_afe_javascript_prototype
- formname_afe_stylesheet

@loostro Sounds good for you?

I didn't test all form type. Just updated my "CollectionUploadSample" project (using collection_upload and single_upload) and everything seems to be working.

If everything sounds good for you, I'll merge this PR (I already created the "noprefix" branch. IMO, thhis "noprefix" branch should disapear in a near future...

Maybe you prefered to make a tag whereas a branch?
