The notebooks are formatted with line length 100, which works great except that the rendered cells in the docs are more like 80 chars wide, which means you either have to manually fiddle with magic commas with suboptimal results, or just leave the scrollbars when that isn't possible. We should format them with a line length that makes the docs look good
