  1. Use Windows
  2. Use .env to set env vars
  3. Set WINDOWS_PFX_PASSWORD
  4. Set WINDOWS_PFX_CERTIFICATE
  5. Run: python .\scripts\package.py
  6. Smoke test dist/*.msi
