Migration to @azure/storage-blob (v12) #31

Hi,

are there plans to migrate to @azure/storage-blob as the old lib seems to be deprecated and has vulnerabilities in its dependecies?

I forked it to do this because I needed alternative auth methods only available in @azure/storage-blob and submitted a pull request. Hopefully it will be accepted.

Hey sschwinn -fdot, I have done the same a couple of months ago but rather quick and dirty. It doesn’t looks like the old maintainers are still with the project…

It would be nice to get an update to this package so it can roll out to existing users, but ultimately I just need the functionality myself, so if it can't be merged here I will have to publish it separately. Will let you know if I do.
