Association filters #18

Add support for Association Filters, there's a related PR on the core for this.

Also suggesting a fetchValueFromID function to show the Value when going from a pre-populate back to the filter page. Being on a filter showing Home and going back to a filter reading "1" after creating an entry looks a bit weird.
