2.4/2.5 Compatibility #20

Where is this extension at in being compatible with Symphony 2.4 and Symphony 2.5.

Should be ok. I have site using it with 2.4 and it works but did not tested it with 2.5. I do not know what could break it with 2.5.

Shouldn't tbl_cachelite_references be created with COLLATE=utf8_unicode_ci for 2.4?

Yes. I'll try to fix this...

As for the original issue, #22 raises a concern related to 2.5.
