Mention the auto-indexing #50

I had assumed this didn't happen because it wasn't mentioned anywhere, I'd propose a brief mention just for clarity. Assuming it's a welcome addition let me know if you think it should be worded differently or placed differently within the readme!

You should add "deleted". :-)

Good point! I was just going to write 'changed' but thought that left 'created' as ambiguous, I just shifted the ambiguity!
