Update polysemy to 1.0.0.0 #3

There are some breaking changes in polysemy API between 0.7.0.0 and 1.0.0.0

@lukasz-golebiewski polysemy 1.0.0.0 is finally on stackage (lts-14.0), so it's worth cleaning that up as well in stack.yaml

  1. upgrade lts resolver to 14.0
  2. remove extra-deps
