Header/Content Spacing #39

We need to unify the rhythm of the page headers and the following content areas. The spacing is way to different across the different page layout.

From #14:

We still have to check margins for the sized tiles and columns (.one, .two etc.).

h2 needs more top margin (see "Layouts" > Basic Markup).
