Added javadoc comments, and signals example. #110

New example (tested locally against foundation pod) creates, deletes, lists, and searches by ID for signals.

The CLA bot has failed the PR validation because GitHub API cannot retrieve committers details, if there is no public email on their GitHub account, see https://github.com/ColinEberhardt/cla-bot/issues/74 . I'm going to work on a fix to catch these cases, I'll keep you posted.
