Interpreter: does not write protect state for parallel and [], ||| simple processes and actions #282

The following actions/processes does not add a DelayedWriteContext but some of then end the first they find on completion. Their replicated versions adds the delayed context.

Must add delayed context:

[] external choice
||| interleaving
[|cs|] generalized parallel
[cs||cs] alphabetised parallel

Must not add delayed context:

; sequencing
|~| internal choice
