Attacks have been renamed "Offense" #491

As part of 14.0.0 I've renamed Attacks as Offense. Nothing is different besides the name as far as the script is concerned. Can you update all script references to Offense?

Also I've added Utility, can you add default token setups for it and commands to add token actions for it?

Also of note is that Offense and Utility use roll instead of action for the use of it. I'd like to move all sections to use roll, but didn't want to make other token actions break. At least the changes I did only affect PCs.
