Add activity_threshold set to 7 #3

This should hopefully mark people who haven't updated their blogs in seven days, which will be good for checking the blogging requirement for GSoC students. I don't have planet installed, so I can't really test this.

It looks like it is, almost everyone's name is underlined in red, except for those who have blogged recently. Of course, some kind of actual notification for the GSoC students would be nice too (that would require some actual coding on our part).

It would also help if we could mark the GSoC students somehow (make their names bold or something).

Btw, I think it doesn't work. For example Sean Vig has blogged more recently than 7 weeks ago (he blogged exactly yesterday), yet he is underlined.

That's weird, because the other three that aren't underlined are me, Tom, and Gilbert, who are the only other people who have blogged in the past week.

Also, Gilbert's post comes before Sean's, so it's not like the period is too short.

And if you mouse-over one of the underlined names, it says "No activity in 7 days". This must be a planet bug.
