Added tutorial from wiki #1

I thought we could add the proposal to the repo (I copied it from the wiki).

Feel free to merge whenever. I think we should just push directly to the repo. That will help keep merge conflicts to a minimal (assuming we always remember to pull before working on it).

I tried pushing directly but it was rejected (I suppose I'm lacking push-rights?)

Oh, apparently you have to add new repos to the team. Should work now.
