Fix broken tutorial link. #181

Docs website broke the link on the homepage.

Thanks. We should probably also try to keep the old link intact as well.

I pushed a hotfix to make old links work (we also had links in places that can't be updated, like the pinned tweet in the SymPy Twitter), and I pushed a fix to build the redirect to https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/24050.
