iPad 4th Gen fails to boot after running out of charge #154

My iPad 4th Gen will not boot after losing charge. It gets stuck on a green/yellow screen and when I tether boot I get the following message:

"Failed to reconnect to device"

Here is the log:

Solved: Green Screen means no charge, it can take a few hours to charge. Using an older n'shade version (rc1 or rc3) bypasses the reconnection issue, and will boot the device to a no battery screen state using tether boot. Leave n'shade on and the iPad plugged in and when it receives enough charge, it will turn on.
