Speedrun timer starts when cam animation starts #87

When you're in speedrun mode and hit the restart button, the timer starts when the camera animation starts not when you can actually start moving, speed-runners are bothered about this. Also would be nice for a timer more granular than just seconds?

Yeah. We were going to put a countdown in but we ran out of time
