v1.0: Change `test-helpers` directory to `test-helper` #28

Change test-helpers directory to test-helper

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Tests run without a hitch.
  2. Upgrade Guide says to change the reference in userland code.

    Tasks

    • Change directory and all references to it.

      Additional Notes

    • synapsestudios/synapse-base has a TestHelper namespace. By making them the same, it will be less confusing and easier to remember.
    • Tag this as v1.0.0!
