re-run test_ctrl.py #10

I followed the instructions in:https://github.com/synapticon/ros_ethercat_igh

I managed to activate a single drive and spin a motor by using the test_ctrl.py. However, when I start again test_ctrl.py I fail to spin the motor. EtherLAB master reports that the drive is in OP mode, but the drive is un-abled.
