I found this app is not working on Android 10. Is my problem or the app is not supported Android 10?

The code uploaded here does not support Android 10.

I'm using android 10 and I was test on my phone it's work but don't know sound from the Speaker is very slow and which speak it's loud and clear. Can you fix this?
