Relationship to VNAs? #5

Would it be useful to describe the relationship to VNAs in the standard?

Sure, but I'm not sure of the relationship to begin with.

Architecturally I think it plays the same role as a PACS, from the SMART Imaging perspective. @bvdh does that sound fair to you?
