Grid filter menu getting cut off #270

Grid filter menu gets cuts off when the grid is a container with overflow hidden. Anyway for the filter popup to get attached to the body instead of the component?

Hi @sharathdaniel ,

We have reviewed your query regarding the filter dialog not fully displaying when parent container overflow property is set to hidden. We have already logged this reported scenario as "Need to provide support for Displaying Grid Filter Dialog without cutoff" an improvement feature from our end. At the planning stage for every release cycle, we review all open features and identify features for implementation based on specific parameters including product vision, technical feasibility, and customer interest. This feature will be included in the 2024 Volume 3 Main release which is expected to be rolled out in the month of September.

We understand the importance of this feature to you, but as we informed in our previous update, its implementation is based on specific parameters including product vision, technical feasibility, and customer interest. Currently, we have scheduled the implementation in our 2024 Volume 3 release. However, this timeline is tentative as the decision regarding the feature implementation rests solely with the management as outlined in our SLA.
