bug(EJ2-63011) : Localization of some text is missing in Spanish culture #119

Bug description

Comments are duplicated if shape annotation added inside an annotation

Root cause

while clicking inside the annotation it take it as a object so comment is created

Reason for not identifying earlier

We are missed to check this cases.

Action taken:

value are setted as per keyword and value in pdfviewer.ts

set Key and value as per Pdfviewer.ts file

Manually tested these fixes It's working fine.

Ensure other option too while testing the above
Ensure the local file one by one and confirm all the locale file have this text value.
language conversion should be done for all the properties.
