Feat - Add locale ne-np

The following PR introduces a Nepali localization of the translation strings.

Few things of note:

• A slight liberty was taken in instances where the Nepali version wouldn't make any sense. As such, word substitutions were made, which supported contextual assistance for the locale user.
• The rest have all been Nepalized, in the sense that their phonetic equivalent is prevalently used by the language users, namely, borrowed words.
• Popular adaptation of borrowed words were presented in the most traditional way possible.
• Mathematical, Technical, and Scientific terms were used directly(Sanskrit borrowed words).

Some terms haven't been touched as much as possible if they were not deemed mainstream:

• Abbreviations (Aside from a few renowned acronyms)
• Examples haven't had their content modified if it could be helped.
• Formulas/Expressions and their parameters.
• Units/Abbreviations belonging to units. Their corresponding symbols, as well.
• Paper size units.
• Individual Key names (E: Space/Alt/A/B), especially in tooltips and shortcuts.
• Compound/Camelcase terms that'd be fuzzy (InsertFootnote/ThinThickSmallGap)
• Font names that are obscure. E: Basically fonts that aren't Times New Roman
