buffer-local context not preserved across requests #6

This is evident when pushing a view: the current line number and line wrapping mode can change when a view is pushed. Other variables such as default sharability are not propagated to new buffers created while navigating.

Fixed in the latest. I will re-open this issue if a similar problem reappears.
