[Feature] Android TV channels not refreshing automatically #16

In the current release version, the Android TV -> Home options states:

channels are on synced on device boot and app start up. Better sync intervals are promised for the future.

In the 1.3 beta changelog it states:

  1. [BugFix] Android TV channels not refreshing automatically
  2. [BugFix] Upnext not refreshing automatically

I tested the beta version and this doesn't appear to be the case. I would have expected to see the Android TV -> Home options changed to reflect this but it is still the same and we don't have any option to influence the refresh interval.

I added a new channel to my Home feed in Syncler and went back to the Android TV Home, channels and enabled the new channel but it did not show on the home screen until I either killed the Syncler Beta app, or clicked manual sync from the Android TV -> Home syncler options.

Maybe this is my misunderstanding as to what exactly has been fixed in this beta?

This still isn't working in the 1.3.0.1 release.
