Episode artwork tiles black/blank #29

  1. Choose any TV series with many series, eg "little people big world"
  2. Scroll all the way to must recent series and episodes
  3. At some point the tiles all go blank/black

It's as if there is a cache limitation or something as it appears to work ok for series that don't have a huge amount of seasons. Above example had 22 seasons (don't ask me how... And don't judge my wife's taste in TV)

Syncler (and Trakt) uses TMDB for episode thumbnails.

TMDB is a database for user uploaded content, you would need to create an account and provide episode thumbnails yourself if they don't exist already.

Compare the TMDB page for these shows and report if there are any discrepancies with Syncler.

Ah. That makes sense. Checked tmdb and art is blank for lots of series. The previous version of syncler didn't have this problem so did it allow for sourcing the artwork from somewhere else?

I would suggest there be a default thumbnail when none is found. Maybe display the Episode number? As it is I am seeing just the tops of black boxes on a black background.
