Option to enable/disable provider packages #71

If it's not too late for the next release, could you please consider adding an option to enable/disable provider packages, similar to how it works with debrid providers. For example this would help with overcoming the occasional "Bouncy bug" issue if it still exists, and also alleviate peoples fear of uninstalling their providers. Thanks

Was about to create a feature request for this. This will be super helpful in cases where we want to have a backup provider but not use it all the time. Also, helps with searching and adding/removing providers all the time.
