Feature request: Opensubtitles define personal account #95

Would be nice if you could define your Opensubtitles account details in Syncler Settings, perhaps this would solve the current API problem? And it would remove the adverts in the subtitles....

And in the future perhaps be able to make use of the Opensubtitles Beta function to have AI translate the subtitles if not available in your desired language.

One more benefit by be able to logon, is that more users vill get propper account and pay for it, and that will make sure it stays online.
