I created several backups since yesterday successfully. However, now I can't access any of those backups. Each time I click to Backup or Restore, the summary shows "An error occurred". When I searched for this error on Reddit, I just saw a bunch of similar old threads from the past with no solution only saying there is something wrong with the backend again.
Anyway, I need help to sort this out. Below demonstrates the error:
I also tried to create a new Encryption password prior to do the above steps, however, that didn't make any difference. Can you please fix my account so that I can create backups and restore? I definitely don't want to redo all my settings from scratch and start all over.
I am not sure if it is safe to post my Syncler+ Login ID here or not.
