Add option where one can choose the https port #222

This is a rather a minor request, but due to some port restrictions where I am it is not possible to use the standard https(443) port. Maybe it is feasible to add an option where one can choose the different ports.

We are working on the following feature which should allow selecting manually ports if UPnP is not enabled: https://github.com/syncloud/platform/issues/199
