Snapd sam replacement #263

Try to use snapd (app installer from snappy ubuntu) nad snap (package format).

  1. Snapd patches to support:
    1. pre-startup hook.
    2. Syncloud S3 (simple http file system) based app store (no dedicated backend)
  2. Platform snapd mode (as a result second snap based image without sam)
  3. Platform snap package
  4. App snaps

Preview snap images are ready and most of the apps are ported. The next step is to test images and create more specificl issues.
