App backup/restore feature #381

We need app backip/restore feature. It will allow saving state of an app with all its configuration settings into a file on device storage. So it will be possible to restore an app from the backup on the same or different device. That wat it will allow device migration.

This feature is in progress and is build inside new backend written in go language.

The first version of the backup is released. App page has a backup button and additional settings backup page conains list of existing backups with an option to restore or delete.

Upgrade platform.
