Restore App from Backup file #411

You need to install before you can restore a backup as app binaries are not cross platform but backups are, so binaries are not included in the backup. For example if you create a backup on rpi arm32 later you could restore it on rpi arm64 or amd x64 pc. All you need to do is install app on a new machine and restore the backup.
