Dual Stack IPv4 not available #468

Currently on DS network IPv4 is not published to DNS. We should fix this and always publish both IPs if available.

Current workaround is to try setting explicitly IPv4 public address in external access page and saving.

This is fixed already by the new access page ipv4/6 independent mode.
