I would really love to have such an app and I was looking for many years. But I must say they usually have such an ugly UI from 90s with table borders :(

Yes, that was also my thought. There are some themes https://wiki.webtrees.net/en/Themes Maybe there is a nice responsive design somewhere in the web...

Ok this looks good, I could quickly integrate it with ldap (while they work on a proper solution)
