Raid support #571

We need a UI for creating RAID arrays from attached disks on supported devices.

UI options:

  1. Modify existing Storage UI
  2. Dedicated app for managing RAID disks

Tools:

  1. mdadm

Features:

  1. Create array from disks
  2. Select type of RAID
  3. Format array
